Greenlit Content is a content creation agency that works with gaming, esports and lifestyle brands. The business is growing fast and we're looking for someone to join our in-house editorial team full-time to create CS:GO content for our esports clients.
The successful candidate will write news, features and guide content about CS:GO based on original reporting, interviews and research, which will be published on our clients' channels. Examples might include news about roster swaps, opinion pieces about events unfolding in the scene, or guides about how to pull off perfect spray transfer. You'll be expected to generate your own ideas as well as taking direction from Senior Editors. Some travel may be required, e.g. to tournaments and events.
Direct gaming or esports industry experience is very valuable, but we're interested in speaking to anyone who is passionate about CS:GO esports and believes they have what it takes, so if you're currently writing for a community blog or other unpaid outlet and think you're ready to step up, please do get in touch.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating CS:GO news, features, interviews and guide content on a daily basis
- Working with editors to generate new content ideas
- Liaising with clients to understand their needs and develop content plans
Required skills and experience:
- Proven track record creating CS:GO content in amateur or professional setting
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Strong work ethic with high degree of determination and drive
- Positive attitude and team mentality
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral
Location: Flexible
